Seeing what others do not see.
Cernio comes from the Latin cernere: to discern, to distinguish. The name states the method.
The refusal to choose a side
Search firms speak only to the company. Job boards speak only to candidates. Between the two, a bad hire creates two victims: the team that takes them in and the person who does not find themselves in their work.
Cernio was born of that refusal: not choosing a side. An introduction is only worth it if the company knows who it could welcome, and if the person knows where they could go.
Measuring rather than guessing
A CV says what a person has done, never what they will do. So we measure before any contact: the background, the expectations, the potential. And measuring serves one purpose only: the best possible fit between what a person is looking for and what a company offers.
The company receives what a CV does not present, including what not to expect from the person. The person receives the same elements about the company. In the right place, a person stays, thrives, and gives the team their best work.
Profiles stay anonymous until the person agrees. The price is shown upfront, a flat fee, never a percentage of the salary.
The measure and the human
Technology stays in the background. We do not oversell the precision of an algorithm: recruitment is a human profession, measurement makes it fairer, it does not replace it.
We do not guarantee success. We put both sides in a position to decide with the right elements.
Thirty minutes are enough to see whether we can help you: book a meeting.
